Who is the blue fellow with the pear drop head? And what’s inside his heavy bags? People in town call him Glumbags. 'Stay out of his way,' they say. The baker, the cabbie and the barber avoid Glumbags at all costs but the boy can't help asking why. Where will all the boy’s questions lead?
